Delete your account

Delete from the mobile app

  1. Open The Floor and sign in.
  2. Go to Profile.
  3. Open Legal and support.
  4. Tap Delete account and confirm.

The app deletes your The Floor profile data first, then deletes your Clerk login. You will be signed out when the process completes.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email desk@thefloorhq.com from the email address associated with your account and include "Account deletion request" in the subject.

What gets deleted

  • Your profile and district preferences
  • Your votes
  • Your comments and comment votes
  • Your badges
  • Your registered push notification devices
  • Your authentication login managed by Clerk

What may remain

Aggregated, anonymous counts may remain in public statistics, such as total Yes/No counts on a bill. We may also retain limited operational records when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or backup integrity.
