Regarding consent to assemble outside the seat of government.

This resolution would allow Congress to meet somewhere other than Washington, DC during the current two-year session. Both the Speaker of the House and the Senate Majority Leader would need to agree that meeting elsewhere serves the public interest. Before making this decision, they must talk with the minority leaders from both chambers.
