Establishing the Task Force on the Legislative Process.

This resolution creates a temporary task force made up of members from both political parties and both chambers of Congress. The task force will study and report on ways to speed up the process for considering bills that already passed in one chamber with strong support from both parties. The task force must submit its recommendations within one year and Congress must make the report available to the public. The task force ends after it submits its report.
