Directing the President, pursuant to section 5(c) of the War Powers Resolution, to remove United States Armed Forces from hostilities with Iran.

This resolution tells the President to pull U.S. military forces out of any fighting against Iran or its government or military, unless Congress has officially declared war or passed a law allowing the use of military force against Iran. However, it makes clear that it does not stop the United States from defending itself, its troops, its embassies, or allied countries from an attack that is about to happen.
