Providing for congressional disapproval under chapter 8 of title 5, United States Code, of the rule submitted by the Bureau of Land Management relating to "Miles City Field Office Record of Decision and Approved Resource Management Plan Amendment".

This joint resolution cancels a decision made by the Bureau of Land Management in November 2024 that blocked coal leasing on about 1.7 million acres of public land in eastern Montana. That decision had made none of the land available for coal leasing in order to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. By undoing that decision, this resolution would open that land back up for possible coal leasing.
