Providing for congressional disapproval under chapter 8 of title 5, United States Code, of the rule submitted by the Bureau of Land Management relating to "National Petroleum Reserve in Alaska Integrated Activity Plan Record of Decision".

This joint resolution would cancel a 2022 rule made by the Bureau of Land Management about managing oil and gas activities in Alaska's National Petroleum Reserve. The 2022 rule closed about 48% of the 23-million-acre reserve to oil and gas leasing to protect wildlife and provide for community subsistence needs. If passed, this resolution would remove those protections and bring back the previous 2020 management plan.
