Providing for congressional disapproval under chapter 8 of title 5, United States Code, of the rule submitted by the Environmental Protection Agency relating to "Trichloroethylene (TCE); Regulation Under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA)".

This joint resolution would cancel an Environmental Protection Agency rule about a chemical called trichloroethylene (TCE). The EPA rule was published on December 17, 2024, and it bans making, importing, processing, and selling TCE for all uses, including consumer products. The rule also prohibits businesses and industries from using TCE.
