Providing for congressional disapproval under chapter 8 of title 5, United States Code, of the rule submitted by the Environmental Protection Agency relating to "New Source Performance Standards Review for Volatile Organic Liquid Storage Vessels (Including Petroleum Liquid Storage Vessels)".

This joint resolution would cancel an Environmental Protection Agency rule about storage tanks that hold volatile organic liquids, including petroleum. The EPA rule, published on October 15, 2024, changed the performance standards that these storage tanks must meet under the Clean Air Act if they were built, modified, or rebuilt after October 4, 2023. If passed, this resolution would make that EPA rule have no effect.
