Providing for congressional disapproval under chapter 8 of title 5, United States Code, of the rule submitted by the National Park Service relating to "Glen Canyon National Recreation Area: Motor Vehicles".

This joint resolution cancels a rule that the National Park Service put out in January 2025 that limited where people could drive off-road vehicles like ATVs in the Glen Canyon National Recreation Area, which is located in northern Arizona and southeastern Utah around Lake Powell. The canceled rule had blocked off-road vehicles from certain roads and trails, including part of the Poison Spring Loop and the upper portion of the Flint Trail, and had restricted driving off-road vehicles from certain roads down to the lake's shoreline. By getting rid of this rule, the joint resolution would allow off-road vehicles to be used again in those areas.
