Providing for congressional disapproval under chapter 8 of title 5, United States Code, of the rule submitted by the Environmental Protection Agency relating to "Air Plan Approval; Ohio; Withdrawal of Technical Amendment".

This resolution would cancel an EPA rule from January 2025 about Ohio's air quality plan. The EPA rule put back an "Air Nuisance Rule" that had been removed from Ohio's plan in 2020, after the EPA decided removing it was a mistake. If this resolution passes, the EPA rule would be nullified and the Air Nuisance Rule would not be reinstated in Ohio's air quality plan.
