Antisemitism Awareness Act of 2025

This bill requires the Department of Education's Office for Civil Rights to use a specific definition of antisemitism when it looks into complaints about discrimination in programs that get federal money. The definition comes from the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance and describes antisemitism as a certain way of seeing Jews that may show up as hatred toward Jews.
