Protecting Women’s Private Spaces Act

This bill would not allow people to use single-sex bathrooms, locker rooms, or changing rooms on federal property unless those facilities match their biological sex. The rule would not apply to emergency medical workers helping with a medical emergency or to police officers chasing a suspect or investigating a crime.
