Medicaid Program Improvement Act

This bill requires state Medicaid programs and the Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP) to have a system for getting updated addresses from people enrolled in these programs. It also requires managed care plans that work with these programs to report addresses that enrollees have directly confirmed to the states.
