COLUMBIA Act of 2025

This bill requires the Department of Education to set up a program that places outside monitors at colleges and universities that receive federal money and have high levels of anti-Semitic activity. These monitors must write reports every three months that are available to the public about how well the school is fighting anti-Semitism on campus. The monitors also must write yearly reports for Congress, the Department of Education, and the school with suggestions for actions and policies to prevent and reduce anti-Semitism. The colleges must pay for the monitors' reasonable expenses.
