Utah Wildfire Research Institute Act of 2025

This bill would create a Southwest Ecological Restoration Institute in the state of Utah. Similar institutes already exist in Arizona, New Mexico, and Colorado. These institutes work to manage ecosystems in ways that lower the risk of wildfires and help keep forests and woodlands healthy.
