Protecting Sensitive Locations Act

This bill would stop immigration enforcement actions from happening within 1,000 feet of certain sensitive places like schools, hospitals, churches, courthouses, and disaster relief centers. The only exception would be in emergency situations where there's immediate danger of death, violence, or physical harm to someone. If immigration officers break this rule, any information they gather cannot be used in deportation cases, and the affected person can ask to end their deportation proceeding. Immigration agencies would have to report to Congress each year about any enforcement actions they took at these sensitive locations.
