Respect State Housing Laws Act

This bill removes a rule that currently requires landlords to give tenants 30 days' notice before starting to evict them from housing that gets federal assistance or backing. After this bill, landlords would no longer need to provide this 30-day warning period before beginning eviction proceedings.
