CARTEL Act of 2025

This bill requires U.S. Customs and Border Protection to publish monthly reports with statistics about encounters and arrests at the border. The reports must include information like how many people connected to criminal organizations have tried multiple times to cross into the U.S. illegally. The Department of Homeland Security would also have to create yearly reports about terrorist groups and criminal organizations trying to get their members into the U.S. through the southern border, northern border, or by sea.
