Space Research Innovation Act

This bill requires NASA to create a research center that works with universities. The center would provide money for studies and engineering help for space missions that go to the area around the moon and to deep space, as well as research about traveling between planets. Universities, certain federally funded research centers, and nonprofit research organizations could be part of this center.
