Incentivizing Readiness and Environmental Protection Integration Sales Act of 2025

This bill changes tax rules for people who sell land under a military program called the Readiness and Environmental Protection Integration Program. Under this program, the military works with other groups to buy land near military bases to protect the environment and help with military training. The bill says that people who sell their land through this program would not have to pay federal taxes on the money they make from the sale. The land can be sold to governments, certain non-profit organizations, or the military itself, and can include full ownership, partial ownership, or just restrictions on how the land is used.
