Litigation Transparency Act of 2025

This bill would require people involved in a lawsuit to tell the court and the other side if anyone besides their lawyers stands to get paid based on how the case turns out. They would also have to share the agreement that gives that person the right to get paid. These rules would apply to both new lawsuits and ones already in progress when the bill becomes law.
