No DeepSeek on Government Devices Act

This bill tells the Office of Management and Budget to create rules requiring federal agencies to remove the DeepSeek app from their computers and devices. The rules would also apply to any future apps made by High Flyer or companies owned by High Flyer. DeepSeek is an AI company started in 2023 in Hangzhou, China, and its CEO also created High Flyer, a hedge fund that reportedly pays for DeepSeek's operations.
