Budget Process Enhancement Act

This bill changes how the federal budget process works in two main ways. First, it would stop paying Members of Congress and certain budget office employees if specific budget requirements are not followed. Second, it changes how the Congressional Budget Office calculates its baseline spending projections by removing certain adjustments for inflation and other factors.
