No Kill Switches in Cars Act

This bill removes a requirement for the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration to create a rule requiring certain cars to have technology that prevents drunk driving. This technology would either monitor how someone drives to detect impairment or measure blood alcohol levels, and would stop or limit the car from operating if it detects the driver might be drunk or impaired. Currently, no such rule exists requiring this technology in cars.
