Gambling Addiction Recovery, Investment, and Treatment Act

This bill requires a federal health agency to give money to states to help people with gambling addiction problems. It also allows another federal agency to give money for research on gambling addiction. The money for these programs would come from taxes collected on legal betting, like sports betting that states allow. The bill also requires a report to Congress about how well these programs work.
