To amend the Public Health Service Act to direct the Secretary of Health and Human Services to establish drug adherence guidelines, and for other purposes.

This bill requires the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services to create guidelines to help Medicare patients take their medications correctly 90% of the time. The agency must use artificial intelligence and machine learning technology when making these guidelines. They also must promote the use of generic drugs and biosimilar medications in the guidance.
