Medicare IVIG Access Enhancement Act of 2025

This bill would allow Medicare to cover a treatment called intravenous immune globulin when it is given at home to patients with two specific conditions. The conditions are chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathy, which is an autoimmune condition that causes muscle weakness and numbness, and multifocal motor neuropathy, which is a variant that only causes uneven muscle weakness. Currently Medicare does not cover this treatment when given at home for these conditions.
