No Social Security for Illegal Aliens Act of 2025

This bill would stop wages and self-employment income earned by non-U.S. citizens who are not authorized to work in the United States from counting toward Social Security eligibility and benefits. The rule would apply to all such earnings, both before and after the bill becomes law. However, any changes to a person's Social Security benefits because of this bill would only affect payments made after the bill is enacted.
