No Federal Funds for Political Prosecutions Act

This bill would stop state and local law enforcement agencies from using certain federal money to investigate or prosecute current or former Presidents and Vice Presidents, or people running for President. The federal money this applies to is money that agencies get through "equitable sharing," which is when they receive funds or property from the federal government.
