To prohibit any entity that receives Federal funds from the COVID relief packages from mandating employees receive a COVID-19 vaccine, and for other purposes.

This bill stops organizations that got certain COVID-19 relief money from requiring their workers to get COVID-19 vaccines. If an organization breaks this rule, it has to pay back the money it received.
