Prioritizing Veterans’ Survivors Act

This bill moves the Office of Survivors Assistance from one part of the Department of Veterans Affairs to another part. The office currently works within the Pension and Fiduciary Service of the Veterans Benefits Administration, but this bill would move it to work directly under the Office of the Secretary of the Department of Veterans Affairs.
