Reducing Drug Prices for Seniors Act

This bill would change how much seniors pay for prescription drugs under Medicare. Currently, the amount seniors pay is based on the wholesale price of the drug. Under this bill, if the actual price the insurance plan pays (after discounts from drug companies) is lower than the wholesale price, seniors would pay based on that lower actual price instead.
