Limiting Emergency Powers Act of 2025

This bill would end any national emergency declared by the President after 30 days unless Congress passes a joint resolution to keep it going. All national emergency declarations would expire after two years unless the President asks to renew them and Congress passes another joint resolution to approve the renewal.
