Eliminate DEI in Colleges Act

This bill would stop colleges and universities from getting federal money or participating in federal student aid programs if they have diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) programs. Schools would have to promise the Department of Education that they don't have and won't create any DEI programs or offices. The Department of Education would create rules to enforce this law, and schools could appeal if their federal funding gets cut off for not following these requirements.
