Veterans National Traumatic Brain Injury Treatment Act

This bill requires the Department of Veterans Affairs to start a five-year test program. The program would provide hyperbaric oxygen therapy to veterans who have traumatic brain injuries or post-traumatic stress disorder. This treatment would be provided through the Veterans Community Care Program.
