To add Ireland to the E3 nonimmigrant visa program.

This bill would allow Irish citizens to apply for E-3 visas, which are currently only available to Australian citizens. The E-3 visa lets people come to the United States to work in specialized jobs. Each year, the government could approve up to 10,500 E-3 visas for Irish citizens, but this number would be reduced by however many Australian citizens got these visas the year before.
