Women’s Protection in Telehealth Act

This bill would change Medicare rules for doctors who provide abortion-inducing drugs. Under the bill, these doctors could only participate in Medicare if they physically examine the patient in person, are present when the drug is given, and schedule a follow-up visit within 14 days. Doctors who don't meet these requirements would not be able to participate in Medicare.
