USA FIRST Act

This bill moves unused money that was previously given to the U.S. Agency for International Development over to the Disaster Relief Fund. The Disaster Relief Fund helps with disaster response, recovery, and prevention activities when the President declares a major disaster. The Federal Emergency Management Agency manages this fund.
