Tennessee Valley Authority Transparency Act of 2025

This bill requires the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) Board of Directors to hold public meetings at least four times each year. The board must give the public at least six days' notice before these meetings, unless it's an emergency meeting. The TVA is a government-owned electric company that provides low-cost electricity in seven states: Alabama, Georgia, Kentucky, Mississippi, North Carolina, Tennessee, and Virginia. It also manages flood control, river navigation, and land along the Tennessee River system.
