TICKET Act

This bill requires ticket sellers to show the full price of tickets right when people first see them, instead of adding fees later during checkout. Before someone buys a ticket, sellers must list the base price and each fee separately. Ticket sellers also cannot sell tickets they don't actually have, though they can sell services to help find tickets if they make it clear they're not selling the actual tickets. If an event gets canceled or postponed, ticket sellers must give full refunds.
