CHAMPVA Children’s Care Protection Act of 2025

This bill changes the rules for CHAMPVA, which is a health care program run by the Department of Veterans Affairs. Under the new rules, children would be able to get medical care through CHAMPVA until they turn 26 years old, even if they get married. Currently, getting married can affect a child's eligibility for this program.
