Enhanced Iran Sanctions Act of 2025

This bill puts new penalties on foreign individuals and companies involved in Iran's oil and gas business, including anyone who helps process, export, or sell petroleum products from Iran. It also requires penalties on people connected to those already penalized, like a company's subsidiaries and officers. The bill makes exceptions for importing goods and for humanitarian aid. It also sets up a group to work with other countries on enforcing these penalties and allows the State Department to pay rewards to anyone who provides information that helps identify people trying to avoid these penalties.
