Guard and Reserve GI Bill Parity Act of 2025

This bill changes the rules for when National Guard and Reserve members can get education benefits through the Post-9/11 GI Bill. Right now, only time spent on federal active duty counts toward getting these benefits. The bill would expand this to also include inactive-duty training, annual training duty, and full-time National Guard duty.
