Korematsu-Takai Civil Liberties Protection Act of 2025

This bill makes it illegal for the government to lock someone up based only on who they are, including their race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, or disability. The Department of Justice would also have the power to add other characteristics to this protected list.
