Tennessee Valley Authority Salary Transparency Act

This bill requires the Tennessee Valley Authority to file yearly financial reports with Congress each March. The Tennessee Valley Authority is a government corporation that provides electricity in Tennessee and parts of nearby states, plus flood control and other services for the Tennessee River system. The bill also requires these reports to include the names, salaries, and job duties of employees who earn more than the top pay level for a GS-13 government worker. This reporting requirement had been eliminated in 1995 but would be brought back under this bill.
