OFAC Licensure for Investigators Act

This bill requires the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) to create a pilot program that would give licenses to certain private companies. These licenses would allow the companies to conduct small financial transactions while they investigate sanctions-related issues. Companies that get these licenses must send monthly reports to OFAC about what they do under the license. OFAC is part of the Treasury Department and enforces economic sanctions by making sure firms don't do business with entities that the U.S. has sanctioned.
