Quapaw Tribal Settlement Act of 2025

This bill creates a special trust account to settle legal claims between the federal government and the Quapaw Nation, a tribe in Oklahoma. The Interior Department will manage the account and make payments to the tribe and individual tribal members based on a 2020 court recommendation. The bill also sets up the process for how the settlement money will be distributed from the trust account.
