POLE Act

This bill would stop states from getting federal money for running elections if those states don't allow local governments to hold elections for local offices in odd-numbered years. States would need to permit cities, counties, and other local areas to schedule their local elections in years like 2025, 2027, etc. to keep receiving federal election funds.
