One Seat Ride Act

This bill requires the Department of Transportation to study the benefits of commuter rail travel and what makes it hard to provide train rides where passengers don't have to switch trains. The study must look at economic, logistical, and quality of life factors. It must also analyze the costs and benefits of direct trips on New Jersey Transit's Raritan Valley line during busy times and how this would affect other New Jersey Transit lines.
