Hotel Fees Transparency Act of 2025

This bill requires hotels, short-term rentals, and booking websites to show the full price of a room upfront, including all service fees, whenever they display or advertise prices. They must also tell customers about any government taxes or fees before the final purchase. The Federal Trade Commission and state attorneys general can enforce these rules.
